**** UPDATE – 3/13/15 ****
This appeared to be affecting all items outside of Internet Explorer. Not just Chrome. This has been resolved, but may take a little time to hit the region that you are in. On my end it is working correctly at this point in Chrome and Safari.
The Office 365 Portal has additional information regarding the issue under PBI7229. You can see this information by going to the O365 Admin Portal and under Service Health. Click on the status for Power BI for Office 365 / Viewing and Consumption.

Starting this morning (3/12), Power View reports using Silverlight stopped working when being viewed within the Chrome browser. When trying to view the reports, you will see the following.
We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. This blog post will be updated as soon as it is resolved.
There is currently no workaround to the issue outside of using Internet Explorer or another browser.
